- KBkaren becerraSep 15, 20251.0Got added to do not rent list due to putting mileage on the trucks for a one way rental. It’s unlimited mileage for a reason. I don’t believe this is an actual reason to be placed on that list as we have never returned a truck with any issues.
- SESunny EllisDec 17, 20221.0NEVER rent from Penske!!! 6am this morning, I have no 12’ truck for my move. Despite two confirmations and booking a month in advance. NO apology, 90 minutes of “I don’t have it” and I’m scrambling trying to reschedule movers and get another truck the day before my mother’s funeral. They overbook, DON’T check their next day reservations and absolutely don’t care about the customer AT ALL. Spoke to three different customer service people and not one Penske customer service person took responsibility for or apologized for their screw up. Literally, they offered two other ridiculous offers: give me a cargo van or a 24’ diesel. Go ANYWHERE else!!!
