    Asked for their best wash and received the worse wash on my truck I have ever had. When asked if they could do a better job just got excuses. Will never return again.

    Went today for the first time have to say the service was very questionable. My truck was not clean had a lot of areas that were still dirty including running boards and muffler. Man tried to sell me monthly service very glad I didn’t purchase seeing the quality of work I received today guess I’ll try other places. Well I got a response asking to email the customer car department and I did just not to receive a response back. As I reviewed my truck after I left I noticed the exhaust was still dirty along with the wheels they just cleaned what was easy to see. Again I’ll say overall a bad job I received. Been a week now and still no response from the customer service

    Just. No!! I purchased a Titanium Exterior and Interior clean today. The entire job looks (looked, because-at 70 years old-I went out to my car in the driveway and cleaned the interior windshield (I'll do the rest of the windows tomorrow) and the rubber and hard plastic door trim, baby wiped the speakers and vinyl areas inside, drink cup inserts (had a few months of dust a grime in them. First time I've used a car wash service. Next time, I'll spring for the higher priced mobile car wash in my area. Just. No!!

    You can pay for the most expensive car wash and they still do the bare minimum… All that mud left on my car never again will they get my money for a poor job and all them people you all have wiping down cars don’t make no sense for you all to be doing suck job…
