They experience technial problems on their end with devices and blames you for it, call in and u will wait a min of 2 hrs to get someone on the line and still wont get the issue resolved. Good luck, you will need it. Update: I was contacted by an rep. named Isaias and we discussed what happened on this incident and he was very professional about it. The issue was resovled before he contacted me however I was compensated for the lost wages due to missing time at work to complete an calibration. Very happy that not only the issue was resovled but also that the company cared enough to reach out and apologize for it. Shout to Isaias for helping. Thanks my guy!
