    They gave me a car that needed an immediate oil change. When I took it to o e of their approved people I sat for an hour before being turned away. Also they close early as hell on the weekend, like, why even bother to be open? I called customer support and a rude man told me they were going to auto charge me $300.00 because I tried to return it after they close. They're just trying to make money off struggling people. If there were another option I'd go with it.

    This is the worst location in the state of Texas! The vehicles are not cleaned……. (Some of the staff) Horrible customer service, incompetent staff, no organization, and the complete runaround. If I were you, I would spent $600 on Ubers before I would decide to rent a car from this location….. but……. To the man that checked me out today and returned the money my teenage son left in the car you are kind and redeemed your counter worker horrible attitude. You and the gentleman that was outside with the locks are extremely kind. Thank you for choosing kindness. To the man that was inside that’s super tall you need an attitude adjustment………..
