    Absolutely glacial service. Despite our appointment we were kept waiting while others who arrived later were served. Delayed our departure.

    Great service. Picked me up from the body shop and everyone at the location was polite. My rental had to get extended a few times but insurance and shop handled it for me and I was able to leave the rental at the body shop for pick up when my car was finished.

    I rented for a full month, and from pickup to drop-off, the Mesquite Military location provided nothing but excellent service. The team was always available to assist me with extensions, making the process smooth and stress-free. I did have an issue with the first vehicle I picked up, but after sending a message explaining the problem, they responded quickly. Although I couldn’t come in until the next day, they had another vehicle ready and waiting for me. This location is definitely my go-to for all my rentals!

After a horrible experience at Budget, your team stepped in with compassion, efficiency, and real customer service. You all turned a stressful situation into something so much easier to handle, and I’m truly grateful for each of you. And a special shoutout to Leroy — the cherry on top. He not only picked me up from Budget when I was stranded, but when I returned the car, he also dropped me back off at work. That extra kindness meant so much. Thank you, Leroy.
