- CCChrisJul 11, 20251.0Took vehicle into Town East Ford for a recall. They had to keep it so provided a rental car from Enterprise, that was connected to the their body shop. I was told it would take 2 days be covered by town east ford but I paid for a few dollars more per day to upgrade to a larger vehicle. Ended up being 5 days. Enterprise charged the price for all 5 days instead of the 2 that was told would have to pay for. I called 4x because the charge was still showing on cc and spoke to Peter, who said it was submitted and would take a few days to be reflected on cc. I waited a couple weeks and it was still showing the incorrect amount. I called back and spoke to another person who gave me the run around and said it won’t show on cc but has been taken care of. WRONG!! The incorrect amount was still posted to cc. Nobody should have to call that many times to get something resolved that should’ve been handled by them to begin with. Never was corrected! Stay away from TownEast ford Enterprise in Mesquite TX!!! Nice but Incompetent people running things!
