    I walked into the store and approached the guy at the counter, asking for help with a product. Instead of looking up the details or checking for what I needed, he just pointed me to the shelf with a vague, "It's back there," and didn't bother explaining anything. When I asked a follow-up question, he was curt and dismissive. Then I spoke with another employee about a specific item, and rather than checking the inventory or looking around, he casually said, "I don’t think we have it on the shelf," without making any effort to confirm. It was a frustrating and unhelpful experience at AutoZone.

    Went into this location to get my headlight fixed and no one knew how to help until Ramon came out and got the job done! Ramon was very kind and respectful right from the start, he was very quick and efficient and got us going in no less than 10 minutes!!! Will be asking for this gentleman again!

    Great customer service. Specifically Ramon. He went above and beyond my expectations! Bottom line I needed a ' battery hold down ' for my Tahoe and a front blinker bulb. Ramon helped me with the purchase and also put these items on my Tahoe. As a single female I can't tell you how much this means to me. Thank you Ramon for your help. Greatly appreciated
