Why can I hear her across the store cussing and talking bad about other employees. I didn't anticipate walking into a middle school playground when I came in needing help. Broadway is my normal store and they're great but I was in the area and stopped in thinking all auto zones are the same. Not this one, unless you want to hear an angry old lady rant about working somewhere 20 years and knows everything and hates her boss. Lady, everyone hates their boss. Please be quiet and actually help the customers waiting. GOOD GRIEF, EXHAUSTING. never again.

He was detail oriented, patient, and willing to go above and beyond. He listened to my issue and he handled everything in less than twenty minutes. He checked to see if my battery still had warranty. He recommended a car shop for my cable connection need for my battery. Everything was on point. His dedication 👏🏾 speaks volumes and his attitude.
