  I stopped in today to purchase windshield wipers and ask about a part related to my AC leaking freon. The gentleman who initially helped me not only made sure I selected the correct wipers, but he also installed them for me, which I truly appreciated. He also helped me place an order for a part and explained it would be available the next day in case I still needed it after getting more guidance about the leak. Later in the day, I returned with a worn and broken O-ring that turned out to be the cause of the freon leak. Jorden quickly helped me identify and purchase the correct replacement O-rings. Even though I didn’t have all the correct terminology to explain what I needed, he was patient, professional, and easy to communicate with. Thanks to his help, I was able to successfully stop the leak — which is huge for me as a mom of three. A working AC is absolutely essential for our family. I’m very grateful for the knowledgeable and helpful staff today!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot say enough good things about my experience at AutoZone. I was in a tough spot — my truck was at the shop in the same parking lot and I needed brake calipers, but I had no way to go pick them up from another location. Melissa went completely above and beyond for me. She took it upon herself to go to a different AutoZone location and personally pick up the parts I needed so I wouldn’t be stuck. That kind of dedication, kindness, and customer service is extremely rare these days. I am truly grateful for her help. She turned a stressful situation into a smooth one, and I won’t forget that. Thank you so much, Melissa — AutoZone is lucky to have you!

  Went in for help putting on a windshield wiper that hubby had bought there. It’s not a regular clip on like we thought and when we tried to install it, we ended up breaking the other one. So when I got to the store Sergio put the new one on with ease and I bought another that he also installed. He was super knowledgeable and kind even though they were pretty busy. So grateful for Sergio and auto zone.

  Sergio truly impressed me with his parts knowledge. As a mobile mechanic, I visit many auto parts stores across the North DFW area, and it’s rare to find someone who knows their inventory and applications this well. He was helpful, efficient, and made sure I got exactly what I needed. Great experience, Sergio is a real asset to the store.

  I walked into this store and was immediately greeted by Nikolas with a smile. I had come from the car wash across the street where my windshield wipers had just been ripped off during my first visit there. Nikolas was so helpful, he assured me that he would help me, he found the right blades, and installed them for me, even though it was freezing cold outside. He went above and beyond making sure I had the right size and clips attached to ensure the blades were secure. He was professional and courteous and I just can't say enough nice things about him. My husband said I could have found cheaper wipers at Walmart, and maybe this is true, but I received the best value. Walmart doesn't have Nikolas. Please consider him for a raise or bonus. He's a keeper!
