  I had a really great experience at this AutoZone. I called ahead to check if they had the battery I needed for my car, and the team member explained the two options they had in stock and answered all of my questions. When I arrived, I was immediately helped. Mr. Conrad checked my account and let me know I was still under warranty, so I only had to pay for the recommended corrosion prevention. He also explained that the remaining time from my previous warranty carried over to the new battery. The installation was free as well. You really can’t beat AutoZone, in my opinion!

  On Thursday, March 19th I went to the AutoZone at Meadows Place, TX to check my battery. *Usually, I go to the Sugar Land location on 11202 TX-6 S, Sugar Land, TX 77498 and my parents had a bad experience recently and we will never go to Sugar Land.** After I arrived at the Meadows Place store, I was immediately greeted by Martin, he was very patient and informative of what I needed. He checked my battery and it showed I needed to replace immediately. So, he checked my account and I had a warranty. Martin replaced my battery and cleaned the clamps with WD40. I'm so blessed to have such a positive experience. Thank you Martin! I will recommend the Meadows Place, TX location to my family and friends!! Martin is awesome!!!!

  Very timely with assisting me when I had a. Emergency he walked me through the process and explained what my car needed and best prices for the model of my car he went far and beyond to offer and extend his helping hand and expertise to get me back on the road safely he’s a genius mechanic
