  Two visits, two failures. If your car only has a bit of dust the wind could blow off, this wash might be fine—but for real cleaning, look elsewhere. They offered a second pass, but why bother when the wash down the street gets it right the first time. I won’t be returning.

  I had a very disappointing and honestly bizarre experience at Zips Car Wash. I’ve been going to car washes every other week for years, so I know exactly what a good wash looks like. What I experienced at Zip Car Wash was a first — and not in a good way. I drove in with my SUV, which has roof cargo rods. Apparently, Zip recently introduced sensors that detect roof attachments and automatically skip the front-to-back cleaning brush. No warning. No signage. No mention of this anywhere. The wash ran its cycle, and my car came out the other side still dirty — just with soap residue and air blown over it from front to bottom. Completely untouched by an actual brush. When I went to the counter to flag the issue, the attendant explained that this is a new sensor feature they’ve rolled out — and that it’s working as intended. Let that sink in: a car wash that intentionally skips cleaning your car is apparently a feature, not a bug. Here’s where it gets worse. When I asked for a resolution, I was told they couldn’t do anything because I had used a mail coupon they sent to my address. So to be clear — Zip Car Wash mailed me a promotional coupon, I used it, their system failed to wash my car, and then they hid behind the coupon as a reason to offer zero accountability. I go to car washes every other week — this is the first time in my life I’ve ever encountered a system that deliberately skips cleaning your car and calls it a feature. What I don’t understand is: no heads-up at entry for SUV owners with roof racks, no partial refund or re-wash offer, and zero ownership from staff. If you drive an SUV, a truck, or anything with a roof rack or cargo rails — avoid this place. You will leave dirtier than when you arrived, and they will have a perfectly polished excuse ready for you at the counter. Would NOT recommend. Will NOT return.

  I’ve had three cars, and each of them had a membership at this car wash. I sold two of them, but one car is still have a membership. I’ve bought a different car now, and I came here to the car wash because it said—right here—that the vacuuming was free. I came here wanting to vacuum my car. They wouldn't let me, since I don't have a membership for this vehicle.

  I came here to the Stacy location and love how courteous Quory was with helping me choose a plan. Love the location, it's clean and you pretty much can get in and out with no issues. Thanks again Quory! 😊

  I really don't want to be negative but it was a terrible wash. I paid $30.00 to get everything done. I live less than a mile from the car wash. I should have checked before I left. After the was my car still has the water spots that I wanted to get washed away. My tailgate was not touch at all. I paid for the tire shine and my tires are not shining. My rims are still dirty. The under carriage was not cleaned either. $30.00 dollars, my time. And a little gas wasted. I still had to wash my car again at home to get it clean.
