  I have had three cars on a membership program and used to love coming here for self care wash service. The car was service has gone down. Less than half the vacuum work. More half hang on the ground because it won’t stay in the hose which makes the pull low to collect dirt. I brought to staff attention they were apologetic but overall it’s not their fault. The brush bristle start to peel the paint off one of my car before the wash. It needs a revamp especially for customer to be paying a membership fee. I can’t figure out how to cancel my membership because there no customer service number.

  Always randomly closed during business hours, and when open there's always something wrong with the equipment in the tunnel. I've been using this place since they first opened, even before the brand change. While I love the added touch like the detail supplies it's frustrating not to be able to get a good wash or to get a wash at all when they're supposed to be open. Went by today, 10a on a Tuesday and the bay doors were closed and no employee in sight.

  Update 2: 2 days later. Closed again. Update: just tried for the second day in a row and they are closed still. It’s Sunday afternoon and 85° out there there’s no reason for them to be closed. At this point, I don’t think I’m ever going get my car washed. Their hours are extremely inconsistent. I have made the trip there multiple times and 9 out of 10 times they are closed. It is very frustrating not knowing when they are actually open. They need to do a much better job communicating their hours so customers do not waste their time.

  This location is always closed on Sundays. It’s 10:15 AM and they state they open at 8:00 AM. Whoever the lazy manager is, needs to wake up and get the job done. I’m sure a lot of people would be happy to take his position if he doesn’t want to do it. This has happened 3 weeks in a row and this shows no professionalism as a business owner. Overall it’s comfortable to just drive in and go through the tunnel but this leaves a very bad taste for Take 5 CarWash. I’m switching to the one in the corner of University and IH75 I guess.

  I had a membership briefly and didn’t have the best experience. The technology and service were poor so I cancelled it. However, there wasn’t another car wash in the area I was looking for so I decided to renew my membership for both of our vehicles yesterday. When I drove to the location on University it was shut down. No signs. No staff. Just cones blocking the entrance. Went by again today and still shut down. Just got ripped off for 2 monthly membership fees.
