  Beware this place is a total scam...impossible to cancel your membership they sign you up for without permission and the location is frequently closed due to shoddy equipment. Customer service doesn't respond for literally months and will not refund even though services were not used (since the carwash is always closed). Employees say the owner refuses to maintain the equipment and this is reason for frequent closure. BUYER BEWARE

  My first time here last night. Honestly disappointed. I’ve never been to a wash where they don’t spray the front of your car before going thru the wash. Spent $30 on the highest wash they have and my front grill was still dirty with dirt and bugs. Not worth it. Maybe it was my fault for coming an hour before closing. The positive is the towels and cleaners they have for you to use.

  After a long trip, I decided to stop here because of the good rating. I chose the top package. At first, I spent about 5 minutes at the gate trying to pay, even though the screen kept saying “remove your card.” Then I pulled forward, and it was interesting to see the operator specifically selecting my car. I assumed that meant I would get exactly the wash I paid for. Unfortunately, the quality of the wash was disappointing. The car wasn’t cleaned very well. On the positive side, the vacuums are great—very powerful, with two types of attachments. There are also detailing towels available, but if you don’t know about them and park in the wrong spot, you might not even realize they’re there.

  I'm here at 8.27 am on Tuesday March 3, and the car wash isn't open. The doors are up, so clearly someone is here, but the pylons are still blocking the entrance

  I love coming here to clean up my truck. Shout out to Zell for always being friendly, helpful and appreciative of my business.
