  10 minute oil change is actually 50 minutes This is the second time they have struggled with our cars to do our oil changes it’s not like this was a fancy car it’s a Nissan Sentra and they complained how Nissan cars are difficult This is crazy for an oil change place to say for an oil change

  Blake and Mena were very professional, courteous, and prompt. I went for a state inspection and it took less than 10 minutes. Great service is always appreciated so I know i will be back. This was the first time that ive ever gotten a bottle of water and an air freshener during a service, so this sets them apart instantly.

  Courteous staff and clean facility. Took 35-40 minutes, start to finish cost $145 after using $10 coupon. I would expect $75 for this kind of wait similar to competitors, or to be out in 10-15 min since I was paying more.

  The employees at the McKinney location are so courteous and professional. I love the fact that they check tires, tail lights and signal lights, as well as all fluids. When they check filters they show them to you and give their opinion as to whether they would recommend replacing or not. The whole process is handled very efficiently. I definitely recommend.

  I had an awesome experience at Strickland Brothers thanks to the assistant manager, Matt (Matthew). I drive a 2024 Kia Forte GT, and the last place I got an oil change put a sticker on my windshield saying I needed service sooner than I actually did. When I stopped by Strickland Brothers, Matt took the time to check my oil and actually showed me the condition of it. He explained that I still had about 2,000 miles left before I needed an oil change. Instead of trying to sell me something I didn’t need, he was honest and printed me a new sticker for free and sent me on my way. That kind of honesty is rare and really earned my trust. I came back today when it was actually time for my oil change, and Matt along with the manager were both incredibly friendly and helpful. They made the whole process quick, easy, and professional. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and want to do things the right way instead of just making a quick sale. It’s refreshing to find a shop like that. I’ll definitely be coming back with my Kia for future oil changes. Highly recommend Strickland Brothers and especially Matt!
