  They were prompt, efficient and did great work! I knew every step of the way what was going on, when they would be here and how the job was proceeding. Would definitely recommend!

  She’s probably the easiest glass repair I’ve ever had. Whether had us changed from a mobile repair to the office repair. The technician was amazing. The whole process took about an hour in the office. Staff was as kind and supportive as possible. Truly a great experience.

  Excellent service with great communication throughout the entire process. The technician really went the extra mile to make sure we got the best solution possible, even though it required an additional trip. We couldn’t be more satisfied and will definitely use Safelite again.

  Had a cracked front windshield that needed to be replaced. Saved up money for over a year and finally got around to getting it fixed. Called safelite and they gave me a timeframe of 8:00-12:00. Around 11:30 I still did not hear anything from any of them so I decided to call. Took a quick 15 minutes to get ahold of a REAL person. Talked with someone over the phone and I finally got connected to a tech. Tech arrived outside of that 8-12:00 window during a week day, causing me to call in at work for the day instead of doing a half day. Upon dispatch, they said they were sending me Xavier and sent a photo of him. “Xavier” showed up to my house LATE and the photo was nothing like him. Asked him about it and he said it was a “filler” photo that wasn’t even of him. On top of that, he had a partner that never introduced himself. Both guys were really unprofessional and had rude facial expressions throughout the repair. *Do NOT recommend using Safelite AutoGlass as a company to replace your front windshield*

  Very disappointing experience with Safelite. Our appointment was rescheduled twice—first due to the wrong part being ordered, then canceled last-minute because they were short-staffed. When we scheduled for the third time, they offered premium wiper blades and a cabin air filter for free. Unfortunately, the service still fell short. The technician was rude, didn’t properly reinstall our windshield stickers (registration, toll tag, etc.), left marks on the glass, and didn’t clean it well. They also tried to charge for the wiper blades and never completed the promised cabin air filter replacement. Overall, poor professionalism and follow-through. We won’t be using Safelite again.
