  Reserved two Bridgestone Dueler H/P Sport run-flat tires online at $396.99 each (subtotal $843.96 with balancing included). At check-in, I was informed of a $7 recycling fee that was not shown in the online quote. Not a major issue on its own, but worth noting. After installation, I was charged $409.49 per tire, even though balancing was already listed separately on both the online quote and final invoice. When I asked about the discrepancy, I was told it was due to “installation,” which does not match the itemized breakdown. I have attached both the original quote and final receipt. This isn’t about the ~$30 difference—it’s about the final price not matching the reserved price and the explanations not aligning with the invoice. If these charges are standard, they should be clearly disclosed upfront. If not, this should be corrected. I would appreciate a response from management to clarify and resolve.

  Everyone was very attentive and the service was fast. I went there to patch a tire. They have free Wi-Fi inside, and something nice as well is that they offer free air for tires outside their establishment. Español: Muy atentos todos, servicio rápido. Fui a parchar una llanta. Tienen Wi-Fi gratis dentro y algo bueno también es que tienen servicio de aire para llantas gratis fuera de su establecimiento. 👍
