  Awesome service! Yassar was very helpful ! They helped us quickly and fixed our car . They gave information and the wait time was also not long. The staff is very helpful too. I would highly recommend this location.

  The staff were very nice. Matt took care of my car quickly and efficiently so I was able to make it on time to pick up my daughter from daycare. And the selling point is definitely the store comedian lol. Overall a very good experience way better than Discount Tire ever thank you so much

  I’m not a happy customer to say the least. I made an 8 appointment. For a simple oil change and tire rotation it is now 10:17 and they have yet to pull my car in. You talk about bad service. And to top it all off the manger did not even give me a time frame. I work overnight so I need to go home and rest. That’s why I made an early appointment. As a unsatisfied user I will not be returning my business. And I have coming here for years. Management please do better

  Mavis tire in Mckinney was fantastic! They helped me on a Sunday, when no one else was open, and I had no appointment, but they fit me in. I had a nail in my tire that that I had just replaced in Kansas City two weeks ago. I drove 20 miles to have them help me because they were so highly recommended. I will certainly use them again. They were great to work with.
