  I came in for a new tire and returned to my car to find my seat adjustment handle broken off and left on the floor. While this isn’t a major issue on its own, the lack of communication about it is concerning. I brought it to the staff’s attention, and they acknowledged the issue, inspected it, and told me they would order a replacement part and fix it. It has now been two weeks, and I haven’t received any updates on the status or timeline. Again, I understand this isn’t a major repair, but customer service matters. Leaving damage unaddressed and failing to follow up reflects poorly on the business. It also raises concerns about how more serious issues might be handled. I hope this situation is resolved soon, as I would prefer not to continue using a broken seat adjustment.

  Want to give a shout out to Nathan at this location. I ran into a TPMS issue with some new sensors not connecting to my car. I called the shop late in the day and Nathan said he would give it a try. When I got to the shop, I was greeted nicely and Nathan resolved the issue fast. Would recommend!
