  Ashton was amazing. He was patient and kind and walked me through all the details of everything that was needed. This was quite the task as I do not fully understand all that Mechanic talk, but he was patient and took his time and showed me. I would highly recommend anybody coming here to get service for their vehicle. The prices were reasonable. The lobby was clean and the entire staff was friendly, kind and respectful.

  Worst customer service ever. The most unprofessional group of individuals I've ever done business with. Leslie should not be representing the name brand or face of that company in my opinion. I've emailed corporate and the partners surrounding that franchise. I will no longer be going here and as a business owner myself and 25 years in the auto industry this type of performance is highly frowned upon and will never make your business successful.   I would ABSOLUTELY NOT do any kind of business with this company or this location. The store manger leslie is EXTREMELY rude and completely unprofessional. This location violates multiple state regulations. The DPS office has been contacted about your state inspector. Very unprofessional employees.

  I genuinely appreciate getting me in and out and taking care of my car for its oil change and the fist bump from the gentleman when handing over my vehicle and all those respective things, but if my belongings could simply just be put back in my glove box after the employee changes out the air filter and perhaps from your position of authority Leslie, maybe not having the employees that you oversee literally sign some paperwork right on top of the hood of my car that would be great.

  Extremely unprofessional and a complete waste of my time at Jiffy Lube. I specifically called ahead to ask if they had someone available to perform a state car inspection. The employee on the phone confirmed that they did. Based on that information, I drove there immediately and arrived within about 5 minutes of the call. When I got there, an employee told me to pull my car into Bay 4 for the inspection. After I had already pulled into the bay and was waiting, the same employee suddenly told me they were “done for the day” and would not perform the inspection. This happened at around 3 PM, even though the location closes at 6 PM. This is incredibly misleading and unprofessional. If inspections are not available, why tell customers on the phone that they are? Why direct someone into a service bay only to turn them away? It shows a complete lack of communication and respect for customers’ time. Management seriously needs to address how this location communicates with customers and trains staff. I went out of my way based on the information they provided, only to be turned away for no reason. Very disappointing experience and not what I would expect from a national chain.
