- CHCaleb HumphreyMar 4, 20265.0Even though my unit was not on site at my appointment time everything ran smoothly and easily. 0900 I was informed that I didn't have a unit and I was told approximately when it was expected and told I can drop it off or I could return after their call. Arrived at the expected time, got the call, returned to the store and left. Told to expect an hour or two. They were done around an hour and 15m. Absolutely nothing went wrong because everyone was professional and highly competent. NOT AN EXPERIENCE I'M USED TO. Most businesses I interact with are sloppy and have tons of excuses. This company surprised me.

- CMCarlos MerinoNov 17, 20245.0I don't want to point fingers on no body l will tell you l most find out how to use the device alone , yes some were patiently helping me , but l still did not know how to use the device , l made mistake no blow harder and it costed me money , bcs the device was locked bcs not blow harden $220 to take to Car Toys and worst l have to paid interlock more money , l still don't get how this work the letter from Asma Dr it's on the wey , l suggest to put videos on line to know this much but the online don't letme see the on line videos l signed the liss and internet continue to tell me l have not signed the liss , l will talk on week days hope find the right person to tell me why l can't get to videos and erase lat add l have not signed the liss heven they toll me my liss it's signed , but Computer tell me bcs l haven't signed up liss they don't let me see the videos to know how it works!
