  I had an excellent experience with their customer service team. They went above and beyond by arranging pickup and drop-off from my location, which made the whole process incredibly convenient. On top of that, they offered me a great deal—truly outstanding service from start to finish.

  Location- 1515 N. Custer Rd. (McKinney, TX) definitely needs to be recognized for their impeccable customer service. The current staff is professional , personable and attentive. The check-in/ check-out process was seamless. Today's drop off experience was demonstrative of what EXCEPTIONAL customer service looks like. Huge shout out to John Fluty, Branch Manager who went above and beyond to reconcile a rental issue. Thank you for a great rental experience.🫡

  I’ve used this location several times due to my vehicle needed repairs after an accident. The staff here is prompt, friendly, and willing to go the extra step to ensure you’re taken care of. I was picked up by Dwight several times from the repair shop and each time he was friendly and personable, he made sure I got to the location so I could get my rental he was always prompt something I value. Even in the face of an angry customer he stayed calm and collected, he is an absolute gentleman ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ man no doubt. Every time I interacted with Alex he was courteous, friendly, and always made sure I had everything I needed to be taken care of while I was in a rental. Truly a great man, you don’t see people committed to ensuring you’re taken care of every day it’s emblematical of his character. Rose was always making sure I had things just how I wanted them. My vehicle repair process wasn’t a one time thing, so I was here several times. She made sure that I was satisfied with the vehicle I was renting and not just that but I knew how to use it and didn’t just abandon me to learn it on my own like some OTHER places might. Going the extra kilometer to ensure that everything is just right helps make her stand out. The team here is fantastic and I can’t recommend them or this location more.

  Easy rental process online & in person! Beautiful, spacious SUV with plenty of room for bags and stuff. Reasonable prices that are very competitive. Return process was seamless and the Custer Rd folks were professional, friendly and courteous. Thanks again, Jim

  The car rental was perfect, car was great. Although the lines at this place is nuts. One of the employees day this is the busiest Enterprise after the DFW Airport, if that’s the case they need more people there. Once it was my turn, the team was wonderful. The issue here is with senior management (Their district leader or equivalent), they need to be more proactive in staffing this place to serve the customer. 5 stars to the team on location, 3 stars to the senior leadership.
