  I'm sorry for the low review but honestly my experience with Enterprise was not ideal. I booked a reservation to get my rental at The Body Shop that's about 10 minutes or so from this location. No rep was even there. I even showed up over 10 minutes EARLY to get the rental and move my stuff from my car to the rental since I was dropping off my car for a week. We had to wait over 30 minutes for someone to come get up. I don't remember the older lady's name that picked us up but she was a sweetheart. After she took us to this store we waited over an hour to get our rental. We had appointments lined up that was in an hour or so. We were late for our appointments. My wife and I are fairly tall. And we selected the option for they pick the car for us. And they gave us a really small and low Hyundai Elantra. With horrible from suspension that it bounced and made my wife's knee injury worse. You couldn't take the time to look at us and go "They're tall, lets give them an SUV or something." No instead you give us a tiny car that could be mistaken for a sports car. It's GPS system is bad as it was told to avoid Toll Roads but it was going to take us to toll roads.... Nice system there. And don't even get me started on the attempts at calling the location. Good luck with that. You'll just get directed to a call center that would've charged you extra for extending until you chew them out for their horrible experience they have given so far. The only sorta saving grace was the rep that helped us in returning the rental understood the situation and gave us a day charge back to us and had no issues turning the car. If it wasn't for her I'd give this place 1 star. And that's being generous. I can't in good faith want to come back to this location. Not after the lack of attention to detail. If I need to rent a rental for a week or something I'll just go to U-Haul and rent their Van or Pick-Up Truck.

  I had a very bad experience from budget on march 27 they cancel on my way to pick up the rental me and my wife had to drive around and find a rental immediately we went in spoke with to young gentleman explain my situation and they where so shocked they immediately went to work and was very helpful and friendly and made my day better with the customer service they provided and also got me a rental right on the spot thank you guys so much we need more ppl like this !

  GET YOIUR EMPLOYEES SOME HELP!! This review is for MANAGEMENT and SCHEDULERS. We made an appointment yesterday for 9:30am today. We waited 3 hours for a vehicle. We had to sit outside while waiting 3 hours because there was no place to sit inside. I feel sorry for your employees and your customers.

  I was given a car with cracked windshield and they even noted the damages and informed me about it. I asked for a different car and they kept refusing me and speaking to me rudely until I called another location and took help from Roadside assistance to switch up my car. The branch manager Eli helped to set me up on another car today but I really had a bad experience with the other staff . One of them even hung up the call on me. I have heard they do this and expect to put the damage on the person by saying “ it spread “ etc. i have taken clear pictures and did not have damaged car for more than a day. I really had a bad experience at this location but I am thankful for the manager who did help at the last moment .

  I rented through Costco which have me multiple options for location. I choose the McKinney, Texas branch. The young men were professional and welcoming. Also the convenience and savings to rent locally vs. the airport made this rental even better. I had a question regarding a pending charge that was addressed by the branch manager almost immediately. I highly recommend Enterprise and specifically this location.
