    I have been using this wash for almost 4 years. Turnover isn't too often, but the guy in charge right now is always friendly and remembers the usuals well. They recently had some renovations that improved the wash and vacuums. Big bonus: the towels don't smell sour! If you've ever encountered that, you know what I mean!

    Do not think of coming here! The kiosk machine didn’t provide me with options to choose the type of wash, it immediately charged me $30 for premier as soon as I chose “pay with card”!! The attendant told me he can’t refund me I have to call the customer service with the information on the receipt. When I called them they said they can’t refund me, the wash location should do it! They kept playing with me! These ppl are dishonest

    The Custer location in McKinney is Fantastic. All the staff (Ray!) are very friendly, professional, and keep a clean ship. Trashes always empty, towels and cleaner always kept full for free use at their vacuum station. Vacuums never faulty, and their tire shine is 👌. good price for the membership if you go multiple times a month as well.

    The gentleman working talked me into a monthly subscription. I told him I was uncomfortable putting the sticker on my window. He said to just show them the sticker when I visit next time. I tried doing that. I was told I was breaking protocol by not having the sticker on my windshield. I explained how I informed the worker that I was uncomfortable adding it to my window. He told me unless I add it he couldn’t help me. I told him I’d be canceling my subscription. I went home and did just that. I also will not be using this car wash in the future. I don’t like to give business to establishments that treat me bad as a paying customer.
