  DO NOT GO TO THIS CARWASH....I have had the worse experience ever. First they damaged my mirror on my luxury Mercedes Benz, then I filed the claim, they told me to get 2 estimates and I did, they settled the claim for my mirror and I signed the Docusign agreement. It has already been over 2 weeks and I have not gotten the check from the settlement to pay for the damages done to my mirror. I had plans to take a road trip which has now been ruined and to make matters worse, today I went to the location where the damage took place. The guy there was also the same guy that was there when my car was damaged because he was kind on that day and he even liked my bling I had around my door looks. He told me his wife would love to have some of those she likes blingy stuff, so I generously gave him the extra 4 in a pack that I had In my console. But today when I went to speak with him to see if he could make a call or help my situation get expedited, he was very rude and disrespectful and I recorded the entire thing. I will be going Live on my Podcast Show on Youtube to expose everything if I do not get a resolution today. Stay tuned on The CyntSaidIt Podcast Show on Youtube. I ALSO DEMAND A REFUND FOR THE WASH THAT DAMAGED MY LUXURY CAR WHICH THEY DIDNT EVEN OFFER TO DO OUTSIDE THE CLAIM.

  I have been a member of Zips for a few years now and this location never disappoints. Ray seems to always be there when I get my car washed and any time I’ve had an issue with the reader he’s right there to take care of it. I have rarely had any issues, but I know if I ever do they would take care of it immediately! Thank you, Ray, for your outstanding service.

  I have been using this wash for almost 4 years. Turnover isn't too often, but the guy in charge right now is always friendly and remembers the usuals well. They recently had some renovations that improved the wash and vacuums. Big bonus: the towels don't smell sour! If you've ever encountered that, you know what I mean!
