- KKKris KingNov 5, 20255.0Stopped by vacuum out my car and was getting ready to leave and my car for some reason would not start. I had jumper cables but no car near mine to jump start. I see this young man named Jacob fulfilling his work duties and so I let him know that my car would not start and probably just needed a jump and if he mine giving me a jump real quick, if he had a car available. First of all, I would like to thank whoever raised this kid, did it right! Jacob was respectful, helpful and totally went out of his way to assist, even as far as bringing his own personal vehicle up next to mine and allowed me to hook up the jumper cables in order to start the jump process. Not only did he assist, he even offered to wipe off a little bit of corrosion that was building up by one of the battery posts as he was able to reach the post easier than me due to his hands being smaller. This was simply above and beyond the call of duty! Sorry for the lengthy review but this young man needs to be recognized ASAP for his above and beyond efforts to help out a complete stranger! We got my car started and I made sure to sincerely thank Jacob for his selfless efforts in assisting me and shook his hand and let him know that he would definitely be going a long ways in life and to keep being the positive, charismatic, energetic young man he was that evening before me.. Zip Cars promote this young man to manager if applicable. ***** Thanks again Jacob! You ROCK Sir!
