This time my rims needs repair. $3250 rims and in need of repair because your employees can't do their jobs and has no care whatsoever. Last straw. We won't be back. White lanky dude with brown facial hair sucks at the car wash. Too busy trying to just move people through. I don't think he even knows how to straighten people into the runners. Got a little scuffing to my rims this time. More training for car wash needed. Better attitude and attention. Good vacuums, microfiber clothes and cleaning solution. Car wash cleans the car well. Employees are nice and professional. Some more training for a couple of the guys to direct lining up the car in the wash would be nice. At random will give out a little something like a car freshener or glasses. It's a good location worth checking out if you haven't yet.
