  Leonardo was AMAZING! I was in and out quickly and he explained the recommended services and printed them to bring home to share with my husband. Drew also came over and talked to me while waiting and was very polite. I appreciate the kindness and care they took with making sure my vehicle was serviced properly and checking my brakes and other lights. The customer service was impeccable and I will be back!

  I was treated so poorly. I sat in line as the next person and as I pulled in to get my oil change I was told to drive back around so the person in the other lane can get where I am. I waited for about 30 minutes to be told to go back around. Now the line was long in all 3 bays. I was told to drive back thru. I would have just been put in the back of the line for no fault of my own. I just left in dire need of an oil change. Its so sad how people can treat you just because. I REALLY THINK IT WAS BECAUSE I AM BLACK. A BLACK WOMAN AT THAT. The hate you people give. They wanted to push me around. I get oil changes all the time never experienced something like that. "Just go get in the back of the line so I can help the white man that is all the way in the other lane" is just ridiculous. I NEVER PULL THE RACE CARD, BUT THIS TIME IM PULLING THE GENDER CARD TOO!!!

  Derrick was fantastic! I told him about Jiffy Lube taking too long and then not able to change my headlight because their hands weren't small enough to reach it. 🤷‍♂️ Derrick at Valvoline jumped right on it and got my headlight changed in 5 minutes. Top-notch service! 👏 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  I USED to enjoy going to Vavoline and often recommended them due to how QUICK and easy the process of getting an oil change and even an inspection was; But the past FEW times I’ve gone, I have been more and more disappointed to the point of looking elsewhere for these services. This most recent time, I had been asked to go to a different location as that specific location was unable to accommodate me and when I arrived at the location recommended, all three bays were occupied. That was no big deal as I was next in line behind Bay one except, I waited for almost an to even enter the bay just to have to be forced to leave because I had to go to work. During my wait, I watched other cars get directed to different bays and while attempting to keep the order of arrival, they did not. While finally coming to my window to ask what I needed done and trying to direct me to a different lane, an employee told him they were done with the vehicle and the first bay so it wasn’t necessary to move me and the guy at my window got an instant attitude and went off on the other guy in the bay on how he “knows how to do his job” and he doesn’t need (the other guy) to tell him how to do his job, etc. it was very unprofessional and annoying. I ended up not getting my oil changed because by the time I made it to the bay, (after an hour and a half between locations) I had to go to work. This was not the first time I’ve experienced long wait time and before, I had been able to leave. This is also not the first time I’ve been told the location I initially arrived at, was unable to do the service on my vehicle at that location. I did file a complaint and the guy that answered my complaint did not seem to care, just simply asked if I got my oil changed or not then said he would give a coupon since I did not
