Unfortunately, during the service, one of the technicians damaged the oil filter threads while removing the oil filter, which caused my vehicle to be out of service for two days. Although this situation was inconvenient, the manager and her team handled it professionally. They promptly contacted the dealership, arranged for the damaged part to be replaced, and provided complimentary service to address the issue. I appreciate the effort they made to take responsibility and resolve the problem.
