  Only half of the stuff is working half the time. Employees are as lazy as the machines. Tired of it. If I can't fine another that is fully operational at all times, Ill cancel my membership soon.

  I cannot say enough good things about Take 5 Car Wash Custer Rd. I’ve been coming to this exact location since they first opened, and it has honestly become the only car wash I trust because the experience is consistently top tier every single time. The customer service here is on another level, and I especially want to recognize Noah for how incredibly professional, kind, and attentive he was from the moment I pulled in. He made me feel genuinely taken care of, explained everything clearly, and went out of his way to make sure I was completely satisfied instead of just rushing me through like most places do. You can tell he actually cares about the customer experience, and that alone makes a huge difference. On top of that, this location is always extremely clean, not just the tunnel and equipment, but the entire property is well kept, organized, and spotless, which really shows how much pride they take in their work. I’ve been loyal to this location even since the construction about two years ago, and despite all of that going on around them, the team never dropped their standards or quality of service. This location truly has everything you need in a car wash, efficiency, quality, friendly people, and a staff that consistently goes above and beyond. Huge thank you to Noah and the entire team for always making this such an easy, reliable, and genuinely great experience.

  Their Windshield stickers will ruin your wiper blades, I told them I don't want to put the sticker on because of that, their Employee said" will I have to terminate your membership" go a head I said, he could have offered maybe "sir if you don't want it on the windshield" you can only drive by the window and we will take care of it "

  Terrible car wash. I just left after paying 12 bucks for NOTHING! My car is streaked, the air dryers in the wash do nothing to blow the water off, the vacuum cleaners have NO suction at all. They don't provide towels either. I tried to walk in to get a refund and all doors are locked. Absolute waste of money!
