I use to met the location manager he was great in term of taking care of the customer but when we talk about the facilities provided it’s nightmare. The vacuum stations were not ready for service, and when I asked for help, the staff seemed unbothered and uninterested in resolving the issue. On top of that, the vacuum hoses were clogged with debris and clearly hadn’t been cleaned or maintained for some time. Paying for a membership should at least guarantee that basic equipment is working and properly maintained. This visit felt like a waste of my limited free time. If this continues, I will seriously consider canceling my membership.
