I had a great experience at this car wash! From the moment I pulled in, the staff member Jeremiah was friendly, professional, and quick to help. They paid close attention to detail, and my car came out looking spotless inside and out. The process was smooth, the service was fast, and the results honestly exceeded my expectations. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to others.

It pains me to write a bad review, because the employees at this location are super friendly and helpful, but I have also had the same experience with an annual membership as a previous reviewer. My experience was a bit different because I bought my membership on the website, but have been unable to get a sticker on my car to use the wash. They cannot find my membership in their system to even put a sticker on my car. I have also contacted customer service and no response.
I just wanted to give a shout-out to Zelle, the assistant manager. My experience with him was amazing. If you want to get your car washed, see Zelle.

I got a subscription, and it was all was good until I tried to cancel it. It was not possible to register my RFID code with their website. I could not create my web account, and bind it to my car. That meant I couldn't log in, to cancel my account. I talked with them on the phone and that too was impossible (you can't get through). Finally I had to drive BACK there (I'd moved away) to cancel in person. Finally, the person there said they'd canceled it, and it seemed done. Until I got more charges on my CC. At the end of my rope, I disputed the charges at the bank, and they agreed with me. FINALLY the charges were removed from my card... I just got a text message from Take 5 telling me they can't charge my card, and I need to log into the website to update my info. IF I COULD DO THAT, WE WOULD NOT BE DEALING WITH EACH OTHER ANY MORE! If you get a subscription here, plan to be charged for months after you cancel, unable to resolve it with them.
