  They were thorough and detail-oriented, consistently keeping me updated on the progress. I could see them communicating with each other while working on my vehicle, which gave me confidence in their process. When they recommended maintenance items, it didn’t feel like a random upsell, they showed me my old air filter side-by-side with the new one and clearly explained why replacement was necessary. You can avoid the inflated dealership pricing and long wait times.

  I’m writing to express my frustration regarding our recent visit to your location. My wife and I arrived with our 2-year-old daughter for an oil change and tire rotation. We were told there were two cars ahead of us. After waiting approximately 45 minutes, we were pulled forward and informed that the tire rotation could not be completed due to too many cars in line and that this was corporate policy. Had we been informed of this policy upon arrival, we could have made a different decision. Instead, we waited 45 minutes with a toddler only to be told the service we came for would not be performed. We have consistently had excellent experiences at the Princeton location, which is why we were hopeful this visit would be similar. Unfortunately, the lack of communication made this a very disappointing experience. I would appreciate clarification on this policy and how situations like this can be handled better in the future so other customers don’t experience the same frustration.

  Absolutely wonderful experience! I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. The staff was very kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. Service was quick and thorough. They even gave me a water and an air freshener which is such a kind gesture. I highly recommend them and I will 100% be back!!

  The mechanics at Strickland Brothers were everything and more! Their courtesy to go above and beyond was amazing. Took an oil change and tire rotation, was not only quick but also friendly and thoughtful! They worked well and communicated any issues they saw as well too! Highly recommend coming here!

  Took my parents car in for a full service, synthetic oil change. Genuinely was not expecting the professionalism and efficiency of the crew there. Overall had a pleasant experience. Went on a Saturday afternoon and pulled right into the bay. With the synthetic oil change and a cabin air filter replacement, I paid about $145.
