- WLWinslow LampleyJul 28, 20251.0Communication is terrible here. I called audi and spoke with Judith regarding my service. I drive a Q8 and wanted the loaner to get what I drive. I was told they will only loan you Q5 or Q7, I had the Q5 before and I didn’t like the car even for a loaner so I asked for a Q7. She told me they had some available for loan and I told her I was on my way up there. When I arrive I speak with Alex and she tells me they don’t have loaner cars and even if they did I would get a Q5. This was a waste of my time, one person tells you one thing and when you get there its another story.
- FHFlanker HFeb 12, 20251.0I was always overcharged. I took the car for service after waiting for a loaner car. After everything is set, I was told the oil change is $220. I felt I was locked in. The guy also felt he was laughing at me. Felt bad! Not gonna get major services or anything done here.
- DDdylanFeb 4, 20251.0This dealership is full of scammers — DON’T take your car here for service. In 3 different instances this dealership has tried to rip me off. Most recently, my vehicle began leaking coolant, and 3 different mechanics told me it was a faulty water pump and thermostat. My vehicle is under a manufacturer warranty for this issue. Audi McKinney took 5 days just to diagnose the problem, and then told me different stories why they wouldn’t fix it under warranty. First it wasn’t leaking, then it was barely leaking, or it had just stopped leaking. I then took my car to Audi Dallas and they had it diagnosed the SAME day, and had it fixed under warranty the next day. Another instance: My high beams stopped working a couple years ago. Audi McKinney replaced the headlight for nearly $3,000… but it didn’t fix the problem. Had to take my car to a nearby mechanic who quickly realized it was a blown fuse and replaced it for $30.
