- AKAhmet KocyigitDec 18, 20251.0I brought my car to this Audi service 2 months ago for a coolant leak. They quoted me over $10,000 for the repair with other parts they suggested. I have CarMax extended warranty and paid around $1,800 out of pocket. Fast forward 2 months - I get the coolant leak warning again. I called the service center, they did another inspection, and now they’re telling me it’s another $1,800. So clearly, they didn’t fix the problem the first time. I’ve had my car towed back home and will never bring it to this service center again. My advice: get quotes from other places before bringing your car here. But if you have money to waste, feel free to keep using this service. Completely unacceptable that I paid for a repair that didn’t solve anything. Save yourself the headache and money - go elsewhere.

- WLWinslow LampleyJul 28, 20251.0Communication is terrible here. I called audi and spoke with Judith regarding my service. I drive a Q8 and wanted the loaner to get what I drive. I was told they will only loan you Q5 or Q7, I had the Q5 before and I didn’t like the car even for a loaner so I asked for a Q7. She told me they had some available for loan and I told her I was on my way up there. When I arrive I speak with Alex and she tells me they don’t have loaner cars and even if they did I would get a Q5. This was a waste of my time, one person tells you one thing and when you get there its another story.
