Windshield caught a rock on Friday. Setup the appt for Sat morning.
They were professional, courteous and explained all the work to be done and the aftercare. Even explained their warranty.
Great experience from start to finish.

The technician came out to replace our front windshield. Very fast and efficient however there was an issue with calibration. I drove to the location so they could fit me in. KT the asst. manager actually did the calibration for me so I did not have to make other arrangements to pick up my son from school. Greatly appreciate the help!
The replacement glass went on without a hitch. Reason for 4 stars...I set it up for a 8am-noon appt. Around 8:45am I received an email that it would be 5-6pm. Then, at 11:40am, the installer arrived at my house to replace the glass. I'm glad I was home to receive and didn't change my plans for the day!

If I could give ZERO stars to Safelite, I would.
This has been a THREE-WEEK nightmare just to replace the back glass on my car.
Appointment #1: The technician showed up with the WRONG glass and then told me I needed to purchase an additional $300 part. Annoying, but fine — I bought the part immediately.
After that? Silence. No follow-up. No scheduling. I had to call multiple times just to get another appointment because no one could be bothered to contact me.
Appointment #2 (today): I stayed up with NO SLEEP — I work nights — waiting during my service window. Ten minutes before the appointment window closed, they called to say they have NO IDEA where my glass is.
How does a company whose entire business is auto glass not know where the glass is?
Customer service has been just as bad. Long hold times, zero urgency, and representatives who act like they couldn’t care less about the inconvenience they’ve caused. No answers. No accountability. No solutions.
At this point I’m left wondering: • Where is my glass?
• Why has this taken three weeks?
• When will this be fixed — if ever?
This experience has been disorganized, unprofessional, and incredibly frustrating. I rearranged my schedule, lost sleep, and spent extra money for absolutely nothing.
Save yourself the stress. Go anywhere else.

Took 2 hours, with an appointment, for a small chip repair. Other times I have had chips repaired at other places, they vanished completely. This time, the chip looks exactly the same as it did before the repair.
Update: when I was exploring options to get my chip fixed, Safelite said it would cost $175 without insurance. My insurance paid for the repair but only had to pay them $75. Why is their dynamic pricing based on who pays? The cost of repair doesn't change. Why does the price they charge the consumer change?
