- BHBenjamin HJan 1, 20263.0the technicians at the store were great. if you have a question and need to call the store for an answer, dont waste your time. they are a transactional business that clearly does not care about customer satisfaction. you will get caught in an auto-attendant nightmare that will only disconnect you when their AI agent cannot answer the question. very disappointing and frustrating. not interested in doing business here again... the techs i spoke to while in the store were the only shining light, but sadly, not sure it is enough to bring me back.

My car was immediately taken and retuned to me in about 30 minutes! Not only did they replace the windshield expediently, but they were able to salvage the registration sticker and toll tag! All the staff I interfaced with were professional, courteous and friendly.
