  No small size coffee cups at the coffee bar. I used a medium size cup for a small measure of coffee. Had to open the cup lid to reassure the cashier that I was not "overdosing" on their expensive brew. Incredible way to treat customers but perhaps par for the course for this store or the chain where this was my first and last adventure.

  Frequent this location many times as a delivery driver - and manager for Amazon for the last 3 years going on 4 . New associate Scar didn’t think it was appropriate to ID the Hispanic gentleman for his beer or the lady buying her Marlboro golds - but thought it was fitting to ID me . I will now be recommending retraining to the regional manager and state comptroller for proper evaluation and assessment for sales thanks

  📍 RaceTrac Gas Station – McKinney, TX 🗓️ 12/01/2025 ⭐️⭐️ (2/5) This RaceTrac is… meh. 🤷‍♂️⛽ I’ve stopped here a few times now, and it’s always the same story: 🚽 Bathrooms: Not very clean. Not terrible, but definitely below normal RaceTrac standards. Could use more frequent checks. 👋 Customer Service: Basically nonexistent. No greeting, no acknowledgment — just a very “you’re on your own” kind of vibe. ⛽ Overall: It works for a quick pit stop, but it’s missing the friendliness and cleanliness RaceTrac is usually known for. A little more attention to detail and customer engagement would make a huge difference. 2 stars — not awful, not great… just meh. 😐⛽🤷‍♂️

  11/12/2025 - Bad gasoline 87 octane at this station and priced 20 cents higher than up the road seeing it later. Either water was in the fuel or had way more than 10% Ethanol. Average 80 miles per quarter tank. Only got 65 miles per quarter tank, normal daily M-F driving. Station wasn’t all that clean outside either. Definitely won’t be back…

  I am extremely disappointed with treatment and service that I received from the manager Kenny. I only used two petroleum stations, Sam’s Club and Race Trac because of the prices and Race Trac has exceptional customer service. Today, Oct. 23rd at 7:46 pm cst I received exceptional service from Rachel and a Daeshaun, I was exhausted from a full day of work and Taekwondo with my little this evening; I accidentally stated $14.00 on the wrong pump one over from me. I immediately screamed out, the young man who worked there ran in and had Rachel switched pumps. Well, a few minutes passed and it didn’t reset; I went in and found the manager Kenny there, I explained to her what occurred, her body disposition was hostile and she frowned, she did not want to help resolve it, she printed the receipt and said it was only nuts that I purchased. I asked her to, please get the young lady, her voice and body language was hostile to the point, she was assuming that I was lying about $14.00. Rachel came out the restroom with a pleasant disposition, she explained to the manager Kenny what occurred . I went back outside to pump the gas, it still did not reset, now it is 8:00, the manager came outside with the receipt from my pump to tell me it was not used, which common sense I knew that, I told her that pump 16 was not used were the money was sent and I was on pump 18, so please print that receipt. So, I used my card and started pumping gas. The manager Kenny returned with the receipt, I explained to her, at this point it is not about the gas, it is about how you treated me as a consumer; you disrespected me, you were hostile, and unwilling to assist as I tried to give her advice to be a good manager to serve the people; she turned it around and said, “I afraid, I am backing away”. Race Trac you cannot have people in lead position that will treat consumers in this manner and then make false allegations. I am an engineer and leader in my organization; I will be contacting corporate. Again, you have phenomenal people like Rachel and Daeshaun who is on second shift (October 23rd at 8:00 pm cst), they are consumer centric, great at multi-tasking, always greeting customers, intelligent, and always willing to help. The manager Kenny is a huge liability, and should not be a lead or placed in customer facing position in my opinion and what I have experienced; she could have caused a safety issue with me and my little one, which have caused a lawsuit for you Fortune 500 company. I will be contacting the GM to report my experience.
