I waited in a long line to see the cashier only to be told there was nothing he could do and that none of the managers could help either. Guy didn't even ask for another employee or do more than glance at the fleet card. He just said their was nothing he could do and couldn't even look up the error. Not his fault that there was an error but the lack of care or knowledge or effort was extremely disappointing

I asked one person for help & ended up with 3 more trying to track one down for me. They worked so well together, all trying to support one another “what is it she is looking for? I’ll go track one down!” etc. I tried to tell them not to worry about it, but they wanted to help. Upon realizing they didn’t have any, they tried to help me find a similar replacement. It was a really positive, upbeat environment and experience. Thank you QT!

The staff is very friendly and helpful if I need help finding anything. Hot food is always fresh and the sandwiches never have those hard corners like 7one/one. See you there‼️
