  Poorly stocked, employees have dont care attitude, refuses to scan app for items that are in sale in app (free cookies, $2 pretzel, ect.)

  Ok now this one is surreal. Gas was cheap compared to a mile away. Had the convenience stuff and the bathroom that was on par for Qt (not good).. all regular stuff. While I was waking up to the store, I was thinking WWJD if he were in my shoes…. The attendant greeted me as i walked in and gave me some specific brocouragement that was really specific to an issue that came up a few weeks later…. So there’s that. 10/10 will return,

  I want to thank the cashier Matthew who helped us today. My son wanted an original salt pretzel but they ran out. So the cashier was gracious to us and gave us a comparable product for the same price as a pretzel. Will likely be coming back to this location since the workers here are nice and the store is very clean.

  I just came here because the other QT at Coit and 121/Sam Rayburn had no crushed ice and let's be real honest, we are in Texas heat people. This QT was OUT of SIX(6) DIFFERENT VARIETIES OF TEA THAT I TRIED to purchase. I really don't want to blame this on laziness, but it is unacceptable for a QT to be out of that much tea with as many employees that they have in the afternoon. The QT employee/representative said he was working on it but did not apologize. His english was clear but he was in fact, NOT "working on it." It would be better if I actually saw him working on it, but he was empty-handed, in a neighboring section, and frankly, I should not have to wait around for him, so I left, since QT is a convenience store. I can brew tea at home just as easy. I don't expect anything to improve. Also the new fancy tea dispencers for QT that have not made their way to this location are NOT impressive at the other locations I've tried. The tea flavors in the new machines, yet to be at this location are not consistent and not improved with the previous flavored tea/s that I was in search of today. I'm leaving a review today because it was only recently that another QT location employee gave me a voucher for a free drink because they were out of tea as well on that Texas summer day! This location didn't offer any customer service for my experience except for an empty promise that he has probably learned to say all day to other complaints. It's just upsetting because QT has been like a good loyal friend in the past, a trusted place to have great options that are competitive to other convenience options, and a preferred convience store and gas staion.
