Your coffee is higher then Starbucks and sucks!!!! Spoke to other truckers on our team and they said they stopped using QT for any truckers needs. We will do so as well.

I tried to purchase a 12-pack of beer but didn’t have my ID with me. My friend, who is well over 25, tried to buy it instead but was refused simply because he was with me. That policy doesn’t make sense and feels unfair, especially since I’ve seen other customers buying alcohol without being asked for ID right next to me. I went to get my ID from my car to resolve the issue, but when I came back the employee, Lashandra (who claimed to be the manager), spoke to me with an extremely rude and unprofessional attitude. She told me, “I don’t care what you do, I’m not going to sell you anything today because I just don’t want to.” I never raised my voice or disrespected her — I only asked for an explanation. This felt less like following policy and more like retaliation or personal bias. As a paying customer, I expect at least basic respect and fairness. Quick Trip is usually known for good service, but this location is the complete opposite. I hope corporate takes this feedback seriously, because no customer deserves to be treated this way.
