The full synthetic oil change service was efficient; however, it was notably slow. They appeared reasonably busy, yet I experienced an extended wait for the oil change. The car wash system seems to operate as a money grab. There is no fixed-price package; instead, one must navigate through confusing overpriced options. The person standing there wanted to keep adding (selling) options. They seek to charge excessively for the exterior wash. Additionally, there are extra fees for interior cleaning, vacuuming, and window washing. Upon arriving at the interior cleaning area, I found no staff present. A female employee inside exited, and eventually, a couple of female staff members arrived to complete the interior cleaning. It feels as if they're needs to be adult supervision.

They told my boy they could not do his oil change once he brought in the car. I have always used the same Walmart for all of my oil changes. They had stripped the nut on my kids car and acted like nothing happened. I confirmed that by taking my car here to verify what happened. I then bought a stripped nut remover kit from Amazon and a new oil pan nut. These guys were able to remove the stripped nut and replaced it with the new nut. Great Service!
