- MHMarisol H4 days ago5.0I’ve had 2 very positive experiences here, once for an oil change and once for a state inspection. The technicians are very courteous and pricing is transparent. A special shout out to Zach who went above and beyond today, escorting 2 older ladies to the waiting area, offering to take their trash, and holding open the door for them. It was nice to witness such kindness and professionalism. I will continue to come here for all my car service needs.
- OFOlivia FosterDec 20, 20255.0My alternator belt ended up shredding itself on the highway and I was barely able to get my car to the shop before it died. Daniel was very helpful and attentive, not only getting the (at the time) unknown issue diagnosed and fixed (including making sure my battery was ok after the alternator died), but also checking my car for any other issues, making suggestions on what can be done increase the longevity of my engine and battery for the future but did not pressure me into doing them right then as there was no immediate need. While I did have to wait a bit, they still got me out in a reasonable time for having just literally pulling up on a Saturday with an emergency service need. I found Daniel and the other techs to be super helpful and friendly. In terms of pricing, I think I was fairly priced, especially since I had no discounts applied. For addressing such an emergency so quickly, 10/10.
