The staff admitted they knew about it but had no other car available, so I took it. A month later, I was shocked to get a bill from insurance for that same crack! When I went back to them and got to know, , the employee responsible had move to Plano office, and I was treated like a criminal from my insurance, Luckily, I had recorded my conversation and once I mentioned that, they suddenly said they were closing the case. Feels like they tried to scam me. Has anyone else faced something like this?

I had a reservation for a car with a confirmation number in my email and I received a call from Enterprise 20 minutes before I arrived at Aero country Airport. I was put through a lot of hassle going back and forth and was told that they were out of cars and they did not have a reservation for me which was clearly a lie. Then I spent another half hour trying to book Enterprise car through another location in McKinney and they made me wait for a long time promising the car would be there by 6pm and asked me to take uber.. After making me wait another hour or so they left a voicemail saying they're out of cars. I felt I was dealing with a bunch of crooks. My confirmation number was 1684803440.

- SRSrinivasa ROct 11, 20252.0Staff is so nice , however, they have not given the booked vehicle(Rogue), took a different vehicle (Hyundai suv) that tire was in danger condition after showing them they have again exchanged the vehicle (ford escape) that is outside is good but engine and SUV condition was not god , full of jerks and brakes are not good , there is no alternative for us and it’s emergency for us by taking risk we took it. Those car tires also not having sufficient air, they refilled it. Basically here no maintenance before giving the cars and cleaning is poor in nature. Even we handover car early they are charging for all whole days instead of extra hours on pro-rate basis of extra 4 hrs. I will not recommend this center as they don’t have many cars and most of cars are either old or having issues, it’s not only my feedback , my fd also experienced the same.
