  I've rented 4 cars in the last 2 months and everyone here is so nice and helpful especially Alec and every car ive had has been great this is definitely my go to for cars

  After reserving a specific pickup time and notifying them when I was about to take the Uber to come pick up my car. When I arrived at Enterprise, I had a long wait to pick up my car And then when they brought the car out the windshield was filthy to the point where I took it to the car wash because I needed to be able to see. To add insult to injury they gave me an empty gas tank. Of course they said you can return it empty but who wants to drive a car with an empty tank. So I lost money on the free gasoline I gave them as well I prefer to use a real car rental agency that has my car ready before. I'm there to pick it up with it clean inside and out and full of gas and I'll bring it back in the same state

  Every time I need to rent a car enterprise is were I will go,there fast help,good costumer service,well manner staff, makes the process so smooth!!!!I will definitely recommend enterprise over and over again thanks guys

  I’ve only rented twice at this location and so far front desk went above and beyond for me. I give customer service 2 thumbs up, thank you for accommodating what I need I will be renting here for my future needs, location is convenient for me 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

  Worst Enterprise Experience Ever This was by far the worst experience I have ever had with Enterprise, despite being a loyal customer who has rented more than 10 times this year alone and consistently used Amex Premium Rental Car Insurance, which has been accepted at every other Enterprise location without issue. At this location, the employee Zeo L. Jackson flat-out refused to accept my Amex insurance, giving inconsistent and unprofessional explanations such as “it’s a costly car” and even implying “what if you steal it.” That comment was completely inappropriate and made me feel disrespected and discriminated against. When I asked to see my invoice, he initially refused to show it and only verbally stated the total amount. When I finally saw the bill, I noticed that DW coverage had been added without my consent, even after I clearly stated that I did not want it and that I had valid insurance. This is unacceptable and unethical. To make matters worse, since it was New Year’s Eve and locations were closing early, I explained that I did not have time to rebook elsewhere. Instead of offering any assistance, he told me to “go to another location” and refused to provide a courtesy ride—something Enterprise routinely provides. He insisted that I take an Uber and repeatedly assured me that he had personally called the other location, informed them that I was heading there, and that they would wait for me and use the same reservation. Relying on that assurance, I immediately took an Uber and arrived at the other location by 3:05 PM, only to be told that they were closed and had no vehicle available. I was left stranded with no car, wasted time, and unnecessary expenses—entirely due to misinformation and a lack of accountability from this location. I have rented from Enterprise for over three years, including many times in Chicago, and I have never experienced service this unprofessional, misleading, and dismissive. This was an extremely disappointing experience and reflects very poorly on this location.
