The young lady was very nice and helpful. I cannot remember her name, but it was Friday, Nov. 7 @ 11 AM, I'd like her to get a shoutout, too! Then a young man named Romelo helped me with my car. He was so friendly and helpful, as well! He even put my bag in the car for me! Enterprise hits the mark every time! Thank you to you both!! :)
