    Worst customer service ever. Booked a hybrid car through my insurance company because I was in an accident. They were supposed to pick me up at the body shop after I dropped my car off but never did so I had to walk to Enterprise. When I got there I waited in line for 15 minutes in a small smelly waiting room and then was told the car I reserved was not available. I told him that their system is stupid then because it let me book it and it charged my card extra since the hybrid costs more than my insurance will pay. He said he tried to call me but failed to leave a message to let me know. When I got frustrated he told me that we wouldn’t be helping me and refused to assist in finding another branch that had the car they let me book. Will be contacting the corporate office. Would avoid this location at all costs as the carpet stinks just as much as their customer service.

    We had a great experience with Romello, Alec, and Jacob at the car rental. Their customer service was excellent from start to finish. They were professional, patient, and really took the time to help me through the insurance process.

    Zoe and Melo provided me with the Most Excellent Customer Service during my visits on Feb. 4, 2026 and Feb. 10, 2026. Zoe was very kind, professional, and had my best interest at heart. After losing my father a few days prior, my rental was the least bit of my worries. Thank You So Much Zoe and Melo for your compassion and professionalism, it meant more than you’ll ever realize!!! Sincerely, A Very Satisfied Customer! ☺️

    Do not rent from this location. They are not there to assist you and when you explain things to them on the phone, they will hang up on you if they do not want to discuss the issue further so that they can improve. Very poor customer service. I know now which location not to rent from in the future.
