- MWMichael WigingtonJun 19, 20241.0Nephew rented a vehicle from here, they're claiming hail damage despite there not being any hail in the region during the rental period. Unfortunately nephew didn't get photos during the rental process. When he commented on small dents on the truck they told him not to worry about those as they were below the damage threshold. Neither he nor the rental agent got on a stool or into the truck bed to check for roof dents. After returning the vehicle, Enterprise claimed there was hail damage due to there being >5 small dents spread over the truck. They have thus far failed to provide any evidence that the small dents weren't present at time of rental or that a recent full inspection of the vehicle had been done detailing any of the small dents we do know were already present at the time of rental which he was told not to worry about.
