  Many thanks to Brakes Plus for placing my new license plates on my car. The plate bolts were rusty and broke off and Brakes Plus placed the new plates on front and back at no charge. They indeed will have a returning customer!

  I got my front brake pads replaced and my rotors resurfaced here on friday and they did an amazing job. All the staff are so kind and helpful and they were nice enough to get me a lyft back to work while they worked on my car. They were very quick and charged me a very reasonable price. Would recommend Brakes Plus in McKinney to anyone needing their brakes or rotors fixed!!

  Brake Plus provided excellent service, and Aaron was a standout! He was knowledgeable, friendly, and clearly explained the issues that my car had. The work was done quickly and effectively. I’m very satisfied with the work ethic here and will definitely return. Highly recommend this place!

  I can’t say enough good things about Zanne at Brakes Plus. From the beginning, he was honest, professional, and completely committed to getting my vehicle fixed the right way. What really stood out was when additional damage was discovered related to the original issue — he stood by his word and absorbed the extra costs to make sure everything was handled properly. That level of integrity is rare. Other garages under the same company name had turned down my repair, but Zanne didn’t. He took it on and saw it through until it was done correctly. Now my car runs perfectly, and I have complete confidence in the work that was done. If you’re not taking your vehicle to him, you’re missing out. Highly recommend.

  Brought my 2017 Ford truck into the shop because I had 106,000 miles on the original brake pads and figured it was time for new brakes. Zanne talked to me about not needing brakes cause there was still 60% pad left. I was shocked because after all, they are in the business to sell brakes. I appreciate the honesty these guys practice. It’s hard to find that these days. When I need brakes and other mant, I will be back! Thank you!
