Dropped my car off at noon and was told it would be ready “today.” I arrived at 5:45 PM (store closes at 6) after being dropped off by my wife — we had just picked up our two kids from daycare, and we only have one other vehicle. I was then told the car wasn’t ready and ended up waiting until 7 PM. When checking out, the store manager said that when he told me it would be “done today,” he didn’t mean by closing time, only that it would be done on the calendar date. That explanation is unacceptable and shows a complete lack of respect for customers’ time and planning. Very poor communication and customer service. I would not recommend this location.
