My radio wasn’t working, and Greg took the time to troubleshoot the issue step by step. He noticed my battery had some corrosion, helped clean it up, and even did a reset by disconnecting the battery. I didn’t have the right tools to remove the screw, but Greg was kind enough to help with that too. Long story short, the reset and his thorough help fixed the issue! I’m so thankful for his time, patience, and genuine kindness. Greg is always so personable, provides excellent customer service, and clearly goes the extra mile for every customer. You can tell he’s a valued employee — many people seem to ask for him by name. Thank you, Greg, for your outstanding help and for being such a great representative of AutoZone!
