  I have bought parts from this store twice, and both times they gave me the wrong parts, even though they checked my car’s plate to verify the vehicle. When I went back to exchange the parts, the customer service was terrible. Instead of helping resolve the issue, the staff was rude and very unprofessional. I even arrived at the store at 8:58, before closing, and they still refused to help me with the exchange. If a store offers to verify your vehicle to make sure the part is correct, the least they should do is take responsibility when they make a mistake and provide good customer service. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing and I would not recommend this place if you are looking for reliable service. Thursday, March 5 2026. 8:58 pm

  don’t go to this location if you want them to actually assist you with your car. you’re better off going to preston and rolater where they’re knowledgeable and able to help you with figure things out

  Henry assisted me with buying a new battery and he was great. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and he was kind enough to help me install it into my car. I would come back here again, because of Henry!!! Great job.

  Pésimo servicio, no generalizo, pero los dos chavos que estaban en el turno de hoy muy mal me dieron la marcha equivocada les dije que si me podía dar la correcta por qué hay la tenían y nada más me regresaron el dinero y solo por qué ya pasa de 1 minuto después de las 9pm no me la quisieron vender y me dijeron que fuera a otro lado que mala onda 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
