  Very poor service and communication at this location. I was told another store had the items I needed, but when I drove there they only had one of them. I then had to drive back to the original store to get the other item. The employee could have easily called the other store to confirm inventory, especially since I was the only customer there. Thankfully, the employee at the other location was very helpful and made things easier by setting up a pickup order for me. Unfortunately, because of this experience, I will not be returning to this store.

  As a mechanic who lives about a mile away from this AutoZone, it’s safe to say I’m in here a lot. Huge shoutout to Rob, Peyton, Zander, Safe, and Antoine. These guys deal with my BS on the daily and I really appreciate them. They’re always helpful, knowledgeable, and make getting parts quick and easy. If you need help with your vehicle, this is definitely the location to go to. These guys actually know their stuff, which isn’t always the case at some other locations. Highly recommend.

  I have bought parts from this store twice, and both times they gave me the wrong parts, even though they checked my car’s plate to verify the vehicle. When I went back to exchange the parts, the customer service was terrible. Instead of helping resolve the issue, the staff was rude and very unprofessional. I even arrived at the store at 8:58, before closing, and they still refused to help me with the exchange. If a store offers to verify your vehicle to make sure the part is correct, the least they should do is take responsibility when they make a mistake and provide good customer service. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing and I would not recommend this place if you are looking for reliable service. Thursday, March 5 2026. 8:58 pm

  don’t go to this location if you want them to actually assist you with your car. you’re better off going to preston and rolater where they’re knowledgeable and able to help you with figure things out
