I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience at this location recently.
I came in to return three items: a brand-new ignition coil (never installed and still in the original box), a set of seat covers, and a steering wheel cover that didn’t fit. From the moment I approached the counter, the interaction felt negative and unnecessarily confrontational.
The employee—who identified himself as the general manager—carefully inspected the ignition coil and immediately questioned whether it was the original part from the box because he didn’t see his markings. I had already explained that the part was never used or installed, yet his tone made it feel like I was being accused of trying to return the wrong item.
Things only got worse when I tried to return the seat covers. He initially stated they could not be returned because they had been opened, even though they were simply tried for fit and were still in resellable condition. He repeatedly referenced “store policy,” but there was no clear explanation provided at the time of purchase, nor was anything posted in-store.
Throughout the transaction, he continued to argue and justify himself, even while processing the return. At one point, he made a sarcastic comment comparing their policy to other retailers and said, “you must be special,” which was completely unprofessional.
What made this especially frustrating is that I am a loyal customer who spends a significant amount of money at this store. I’ve had consistently positive experiences with other employees here, but this interaction stood out in a very negative way. The tone, attitude, and repeated pushback were unnecessary and disrespectful.
To his credit, his demeanor improved toward the end of the transaction, but the overall experience had already been soured.
I’m not upset about store policies—I understand those exist. The issue was the way I was treated as a customer. Respect and professionalism should come standard, especially from someone in a management position.
I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as this experience has made me reconsider where I choose to spend my money going forward.

HOW DO BRAKES WORK?
Expand FAQ item
Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
