  I highly recommend Trinity Auto Haus in Mcgregor. Dale and his team won’t let you down. He called on every update and exactly how much it would be. Very fair and professional. No complaints and will use again for all my auto needs.

  I wouldn't come back to yall if my life depended on. They didn't top off the fluid levels. For over a 100.00 oil, and a filter " i hope ". I they would spin more time changing oil then trying to find stuff to fix and give a big price to fix. They told my wife she could die if she drove here car home ,the front end was bad. They wanted 2300 to fix it. I told her to bring it home. A front in man it was a blown strat, it cost me 450.00 . Then wanted over 3000.00 to fix all the problems with my truck. And to top it off they didn't even check my air filter. I asked and they said if I wanted to pull my truck back they would check it, I shouldn't have to ask. I wonder who else they got to who don't know any better. SO NO I WON'T BE BACK. AND NO I WON'T RECAMEND YOU TO ANYBODY I LIKE.

  Great customer service. A little pricey. I took my daughter's car in on Friday to figure out what was causing the check engine light to come on. This is an older car with a lot of issues, but it was now undriveable. After a strut replacement and coolant flush, the cost was already more than the car is probably worth. Then on Monday they called to say that to fix the problem was going to be even more money. By that time, I had already committed significant money and needed the car back ASAP, so I went ahead and agreed to spending the extra to fix it. Looking back, if I had known how much it was going to ultimately end up being, I probably wouldn't have fixed it and went ahead and bought another car. The value of the car to our family is greater than the car would be worth to part with, though. The prices are a little higher than what others might charge, but they claim to have a good warranty so that's a positive. And they did get the car back to me on Tuesday fixed in driveable condition. The communication was fantastic and friendly. I will be willing to take other cars to them for service, provided I can't get the same work done at a more reasonable price.

  Great place to take your vehicle. I brought my wife’s 2017 Hyundai Tucson here to have it diagnosed and repaired. It turned out to be a simple fix (PCV Valve). Dale was outstanding, knowledgeable, and overall a great service advisor. He kept me updated on the status of the vehicle and was upfront and honest about everything and didn’t try to oversell. Will definitely bring my vehicles here for any auto maintenance or issues. 10/10
