  I've had several things done to both my truck and to my wife's SUV since they took over this location and I'm happy with their work. I especially appreciate Dale (the service advisor) and his willingness to work with me on my most recent issue. I'd had a part replaced and was still having a problem. After I was able to provide video of the noise, they were able to track it down and replace the new part again and fix the issue. Sometimes new parts are just not quite right--it happens. I appreciate their patience with me and for taking me seriously when I explained the issue. I appreciate their willingness to go the extra mile to make my truck right again. I've owned my truck for over 23 years and I'm very familiar with how it drives and brakes and I'm glad Trinity was able to get it back to the way it should be. I'll be using them going forward.

  Had some break work done for my car and my sons car, They got it done fast and i was very happy, Shane who was on my sons car was a very nice man and super nice. And Dale took care of my needs and he was a sweetie pie. The work was done at there Mcgregor Texas shop.

  went in for an oil change, technician forgot to properly secure the splash pan so it fell off on the highway. (They did order and replace it) BUT 3 weeks after my oil change, my car sensor is telling me I’m urgently due for an oil change already. Wont be going back.
