  The repair service was great but the service over the phone was lacking. I was called and told I could take my van in early so it would come out early but that didn't happen. I never received a call telling me my van was ready. I had to call to to find out it was ready.

  They came to replace my windshield on Tuesday , after they replaced it the technician said it needed glue so he could not install the windshield rearview mirror, the next day another technician came and said that the windshield was defective and that the prior technician wasn’t supposed have installed it so it Friday and I’m still driving around with no rearview mirror and wires hanging from the mirror is supposed to go , they never came to fixed it but they did charge my deductible 750.00 and the insurance paid the rest

  Traveling towards Brownsville our windshield was struck on the expressway , John and Isabel were efficient and awesome to get our claim in and our windshield was fixed and get us back on the road. Thank you !

  My windshield got hit with a rock and caused a chip the size of a nickel. I called my insurance who scheduled an in home glass repair with Safelite. I was impressed they were at my home within the hour and fixed my dash in less,than 10 minutes. Definitely use your insurance zero fee glass claim repair and Safelite to avoid having that chip spread across your windshield.
