  I went to this location today and I was amazed by their wash quality and vaccums they left my car looking brand new!! And prices are really affordable as well, the customer service provided by Itzel was 10/10 👌🏻

  It's not what it used to be. I've been gone for over a year and went back to Quick Quack, and it seems so outdated. The soap dispensers don't foam up your car like they used to. The side wipers actually scratch your car; you can hear the squeaks. There's zero tire shine, and the fans don't dry your car anymore. I used to just drive off after the wash, but now I have to park and dry the car with the towels provided. Not worth the $40 a month. Oh well, it's time to cancel and move on to a different car wash.

  Locations not offering the "Free Duck brand" air fresheners or they are conveniently/coincidentally out of stock and only have the ones that require purchase available. Went to location on Ware Rd in McAllen on 3/22, was advised that none had been ordered yet by management. Today went to N. 10th location they had 2 different "Duck brand" scents on hand, however was advised that they are NOT FREE ANYMORE and must be purchased for $1.08. When I signed up for service contract the month prior they were more than willing to offer me free scents, even offered to help dry my vehicle. Now....that I am already a customer apparently they no longer have free scents, don't offer to help dry me vehicle "which I can do myself". Just seems odd that when they wanted me to sign up for service/monthly plan they pulled out all the bells & whistles to get our business. Paying svc for 2 different vehicles BTW, your competitors (Go Car Wash) does provide Free air fresheners and always have them readily available. Do better to your customers...there are other OPTIONS OUT THERE!
