  (They remove my review) I had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a mechanic at this Jiffy Lube location. I brought my GMC Yukon in running, with a specific issue they told me would cost around $1,000 to fix. I trusted them and approved the repair. I was told the vehicle would be ready in one day, but that was not true. They delayed the job for five days, giving excuses and misinformation the entire time. After finally picking up my vehicle and paying, within 5 minutes of leaving the shop, my Yukon completely broke down. My wife was left stranded on the road just 2 miles away. I had to pay for a tow truck immediately. I have photos, videos, and records of everything. When I called the shop, they stopped answering. Once I finally got a response, their explanation was that there was “another leak” and now the transmission was damaged. Their solution? Charge me an additional $1,800 in labor for a problem that clearly happened right after their work — and refuse any kind of warranty or responsibility. One of their mechanics, even told me to “go cry to the owner” if I wanted help. That was their level of professionalism. This situation turned my working vehicle into a major breakdown within minutes of leaving their shop. I have all the proof and will be filing complaints with the BBB. I strongly warn anyone considering this location: be very careful. I would not want anyone else to go through what my family and I experienced.

  Hands down best customer service. They do a lot of complementary services for free that others don’t. Would highly recommend Jiffy Lube.

  Went in for an oil change the guys were friendly, very knowledgeable and ready to answer any questions. Received a 25% military discount and was happy about that.

  They didn’t have the air filter I needed in stock, but they were able to get it within 30 minutes. Once they had the filter, it was changed & I was in & out very quickly. The employees were all very polite. Overall, very good service.

  Great service!! Never have had such a great and fast experience with oil changes. Mr. Rivera was quick to greet, explain, get the oil change done, explain everything they checked and found, AND walked us to the car. This was my 2nd time there and both times were great. Definitely recommend!
