- JJJCGSep 27, 20251.0Also very dissapointed, as a loyal national customer i spent most of the year renting national car around the US and international. As an elite member i am supposed to get an upgrade, but it is always in this location where they dont have the executive aisle in which they say they dont have any updgrade available and they have to give whatever you rent. It has been many times specially Anette which treats loyal customer as she doesnt care their loyalty. She always charge me extra for upgrades even though i am elite member, and when i try to explain her she responds with an attitude that they have to do business that is why she charge extra for upgrades, i asked to talk to the manager and she said is not available. I always end up canceling the reservation in this location. Also notice their parking is full of really nice cars but always said they dont have any available.
