Manager took it for a test drive with me said he couldn't hear it but that grinding was normal in new breaks. Since when? Went to another place that told me they were some of the lowest quality breaks out there and I had the newplace put in a new set of breaks and have had no issues.

I had 4 tires replaced and they broke a wheel sensor but denied it and then said I needed to prove it. Sensor was fine before the tires were replaced. Rick the manager was very rude to me. I then decide to call and get an estimate for brake pads and asked if they noticed the condition of my brake pads when they changed the tires. He proceeds to tell me they never changed my tires and was extremely rude about it. I have the receipt that they indeed replaced all 4 tires on 9-25-25. Anyway I won’t be back!!
