However, upon conclusion of the rental I experienced a billing concern which I felt could be easily resolved. However, between the frustration of dealing with the company's automated system and my inability to get someone at the local office to answer their phones (after 5 tries), I finally gave up. Contacting the company's toll-free customer service line was also of no benefit either. They simply redirected me back to the local office. When advised that I had already tried to reach them 5 times without success, I was advised to "keep on trying," explaining that "sometimes they get real busy." I guess that makes it ok then.

- MJMark JanusAug 28, 20251.0Well rental car was fine, but don’t try to extend your rental they’ll raise the rate and not answer the phone (McAllen TX)… then when you return the car after renting for more days than originally planned they charge you a different rate for added days and claim that those were weekdays (cost more) …. Well my rental started on weekdays and it didn’t cost more (BS flag) Usually the longer you rent you get a better rate (not gouging cuz they know you need their car and it’s to inconvenient to bring it back and rent from someone with scruples). Well the way I see it, Enterprise bought some bad social media from me… rent from some other company, next time I will!
